Snow is a sweet, lanky 1-year-old 60 pound lab mix who is learning what it’s like to be a loved, indoor dog. She spent much of her young life living outside, so she’s still figuring out the world and sometimes she has a lot to say about it!

The good news? Snow is doing SO well! She is crate trained, house trained, walks well on a leash, and is good with both dogs and kids. She’s playful, affectionate, curious, and loves being around her people.  She has become attached to her morning walks and would love a big yard to get out her puppy energy!

Snow is still learning that not every sound, person, dog, or activity outside requires an announcement. She can be vocal when she sees or hears things outside, but with patience, structure, and continued training, she is making progress. She has already learned basic manners in a very short time and is excited to keep learning more!

She would do best in a cat-free home, as they are not her ideal roommates. Snow is such a goofy, beautiful girl with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. She’s come a long way already, and we know she has so much potential with a family willing to continue giving her the guidance, patience, and love she deserves.
