After undergoing TPLO surgery earlier this year, this sweet girl is officially back in tip-top shape thanks to the incredible generosity and love from our supporters. At 3 1/2 years old and 60lbs, Macy is the kind of dog who loves everyone she meets. She’s wonderful with children and friendly with other dogs. Her easygoing, patient nature makes her an instant fit for so many homes. Whether she’s trotting along on a walk, exploring the backyard, or curled up at your feet, she radiates a steady, grateful sweetness that makes her impossible not to love.

In her foster home, Macy is a total dream. She’s house trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands. She has excellent manners around people, food, and other dogs, and she blends into a household routine like she’s always belonged there. No drama, no chaos, just a calm, happy companion who brightens every day.


Macy would thrive in a family home, especially an active one with kids, or with someone who enjoys both adventures and cozy downtime. She loves being included in whatever you’re doing and is equally content being your hiking buddy, your snuggle partner, or your loyal shadow around the house.
